We have a guest who was double charged for a reservation made through the website. It looks like three charges were attempted and two were successful while the third failed.
In addition, a reservation was never created in HostelSnap for this guest and the only reason we noticed is because he sent an email asking questions about his reservation and we could not find it in the system.
