$.25 per bednight (Email support within 24 hours)

This option provides access to email support within 24 hours. This option is best for hostels who generally understand the functions of PMS systems, channel managers and direct booking pages and can find suitable workarounds until a support agent is available.

$.50 per bednight (WhatsApp support)

This option provides WhatsApp support during normal business hours which are 8am - 9pm Pacific Time. This option is best for hostels who have limited experience with PMS systems, channel managers and direct booking pages and feel they will need help as quickly as possible.
