Weird cancelation

No idea. Tried to check this guy's cancelation, and nothing makes sense. https://pt.hostelsnap.com/reservations/list/cancelled?q=auzzie# The actual arrival date says '2 nights' instead of a date. Yet the cancellation shows for 7 nights. It also shows that it was canceled multiple times in a row (not possible?), and for more than one person (should have only been one).
