Struggling with not being able to repeat email addresses
Not sure if the screengrab error message attached is linked to my problem or is separate.
We sometimes work with travel agencies, who need the booking confirmation sent to them. Problem is every time we use the same email more than once the system reverts the guest name on the booking to an old guest, which becomes v confusing at check-in.
I just tried to change the name back to the right one, because I needed to modify the booking (in another way - cancelling one of the party) and send an update to the agency, and didn't want them seeing the wrong guest name, then this error message appeared, so I'm assuming they're linked.
