Mathilde Sourd has 3 separate reservations for arrival on 12 Feb 2018 when she should only have one. Two of them are listed as added by the guest but it says they are cancelled when I look at reservation details (screenshot). HostelSnap is holding beds for her however, when it should only be one. When I click the 'Cancel Reservation' button, I am presented with a screen that says "Reservation cannot be cancelled".
