Warning when OTA reservation not processed due to DNA / DNE Status
I would like to request that HostelSnap provides a warning or pop-up when a reservation from an OTA does not go through because that guest is on the DNA / DNE list. We had a guest make a reservation from dorms.com who was on the DNA list, so it was never created in the system. I could not figure out why until I tried to manually make the reservation and was warned that the guest was on that list. It would be nice to be warned of that automatically when HostelSnap tried to make the reservation from the OTA.
