If we use the same email address for multiple bookings, the guest name is changed to one from a previous booking. This is a major headache when we’re dealing with travel agents, because we need to send a booking confirmation to the same agent every time. What happens is we end up with a false name in the booking, and we have to write the actual guest name into the notes. It looks v unprofessional to the travel agent.
