I want this also!
Edit: the Minkner booking is no longer 'broken' so not a good example for you to look at (I tried to fix it earlier by editing the second person and the computer hung again - these 1970s issues always make it hang every time you try ot do anything to them - but it actually seems to have fixed it now that I've reloaded so it's now correct) which means I can't point you to one that's currently wrong because I've fixed or cancelled the ones I know about. Sorry!
@issuetracker4 Hi Nikki, Sorry for the delay on responding to this issue. My mom's partner died last week and I was in Oklahoma to help her with the loss (read > lots of distraction very slow internet) . Somehow, in the middle of everything, I missed the notifications that you added this issue. We did have an issue a few weeks ago with the 1970 date appearing in certain cases with Airbnb reservations (due to a change Airbnb made). This has since been fixed but I don't think this is related to you since I don't think you use the Airbnb channel. I have a lot of questions about your particular issue since I'm unfamiliar with certain phraseology you used in your issue tracker report. 1. I'm not sure what you mean by "availability list" - Do you mean the list of reserved guests you see when you click on a particular date in the availability calendar? 2. When you say, "but go inside and there are (for example) two ‘ghosts’ there, with no date and no names" - What do you mean by "go inside"? A screenshot would be immensely helpful here for me to understand what you are seeing and what you are talking about. 3. You wrote, "Go into the email chain and you’ll see a whole load of weird emails." I assume you mean you are looking at the emails sent for the "ghost" guests. How do you see these emails? On the guest details? 4. How are these reservations being added to HostelSnap? Are these being auto-processed from a particular OTA?... (or no specific OTA?)... or are these from your public reservation page?.... or manually entered? 5. Your description of "crashed the whole system" sounds terrible but very unlikely since this would affect our other clients as well. We have had no persistent failures. Do you mean you can't access HostelSnap for a short time? When this happens, can you access HostelSnap from another web browser tab or another web browser? If necessary, please schedule a meeting with me to discuss this further so I can get a better understanding of the exact issue you were seeing. If you see the issue again, please take lots of screenshots.
